DIDI x MODELS. The idea behind the event is to organise and provide the opportunity to hold an inclusive fashion show at MUELLE, a very peculiar nightclub in the heart of Bilbao. However, on this occasion, Muelle will open its doors on Sunday 19 November in the morning, so that spectators can enjoy a session of "vermouth+ fashion show", accompanied by music and snacks. A day to enjoy and discover the world of fashion.

DIDI x MUELLE will host 3 designers who will preview their wonderful designs on models. Original, sustainable and inclusive designs:

DESIGNERS

Valeria Irisarri: HAUTE COUTURE AND FASHION DESIGNER

Valeria started drawing despite not knowing much about it and soon realised that she wanted to work in fashion.

Most of her collections are inspired by music; its form of expression. Today, her collections reflect different musical styles such as hip-hop and rap, genres that send very clear messages with their lyrics. However, in her latest release, she focuses on Techno, seeking to convey liberation, evasion, acceptance, etc.

The collection is called "ANETHA", about the techno DJ.

Arde: SUSTAINABLE BRAND FOR ANY SIZE AND BODY TYPE

Arde is a sustainable brand created by Alaia Arde, a designer and stylist who combines the development of her brand with working as a costume designer on several audiovisual projects. Arde arose from the desire to create a sustainable brand in terms of its impact on the environment and people, which is committed to timeless design and quality with a modern and innovative touch, for any size or body type.

Beletxara: CONTEMPORARY TRADITION

Beletxara is comprised of Miren and Patricia Krug. After several years dedicated to the design and production of fashionable  tricot knitwear, they decided to create Beletxara in 2011.

Beletxara is a collection of “mendigoizales” and “kaikus”. It was born from the need to provide continuity and modernity to these traditional garments. Which they rescue and place in a contemporary space.

From craftsmanship and design, they combine tradition with contemporary perspectives.

They maintain the original structure of the mendigoizale and the traditional kaiku, whilst opting for a surprisingly colourful fabric, for the creation of support garments, and accessories using the same design elements and the interaction and transversality of the styling.

Conscious of sustainability and ethical production, all their garments are made in the Basque Country.

These magnificent artists are sure to be the talk of the town due to their incredible talents.
