Innovating locally: How to make your business more efficient, resilient and circular
Bilbao Ekintza, a municipal agency of Bilbao City Council, invites you to a new business conference on the Circular Economy on Thursday, 27 November 2025, from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m., combining an inspiring talk and a practical workshop.
The event will be led and facilitated by Nicola Cerantola, industrial engineer, founder and director of Ecologing, consultant and associate professor and tutor of eco-design at various universities and business schools, and international expert in green entrepreneurship and the circular economy.
The conference is aimed at micro-enterprises and SMEs in Bilbao, regardless of their sector of activity, with the aim of exploring how the Circular Economy can help us make better use of resources, reduce costs and generate local value to become a competitive advantage.

Circular Sprint EcoCanvas: design your circular business model
Through an agile and visual process, you will work on your own business model, identifying areas for improvement, opportunities for innovation and specific actions to reduce costs, optimise resources and strengthen your resilience.
By the end, you will have an initial circular model prototype and a roadmap for moving towards more efficient, competitive management that is aligned with new market demands.
Places on the workshop are limited, so participating companies will be selected.
